Palpate the lateral side of the knee. This includes structures such as the Iliotibial band, Biceps Femoris, Quadriceps (Vastus Lateralis), retinaculum, patellofemoral ligaments, lateral collateral ligament, arcuate ligament, and fabellofibular ligaments.
