Background/Purpose

Procedure

Assess mobility and stability of single leg stance in a reduced load position. Patient assumes a half kneeling position with the rear foot and forward leg inline. A foam pad or soft surface under the knee may be used for comfort. A failed test could indicate hip or core stability/motor control dysfunction.
